DATES

All-Inclusive Land Package: $2,450 USD per person (Double Occupancy)


  • What’s Included: 4-star boutique hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, 4 gourmet group dinners, private luxury bus transportation, all entrance fees (skip-the-line), and full-time senior tour guide.
  • Payment Plan:
  • Deposit: $500 at the time of booking.
  • Final Balance: Due 60 days before departure.
  • Special discount: 5% early-bird discount for bookings made 6 months in advance.
RATES

Cancellation Policy: * Full refund (minus deposit) up to 45 days before departure.


  • 50% refund between 44 and 21 days before departure.
  • No refund within 20 days of departure.

Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel and medical insurance are mandatory for all participants.

Changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to local events or weather conditions for the safety and benefit of the group.

TERMS

Activity Level: Moderate. This tour involves significant walking on uneven cobblestone streets. Comfortable walking shoes are essential.

Dress Code: Respectful attire (covered shoulders and knees) is strictly required for all visits to religious sites (Vatican, Duomo, Orvieto).

Digital Guide: All participants will receive a premium license for the Tourist Shepherd App, providing live GPS bus tracking, digital itinerary updates, daily tips, and offline maps of all visit sites.

Luggage: One large suitcase (up to 23kg) and one small carry-on are allowed per person.
